Andreas Oberle Esq.
ANDREAS OBERLE, ESQ., heads the representative office of Simon, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP in Zurich, Switzerland. He concentrates his practice on advising group of companies in implementing their international tax and corporate transactions and structures. Based in Zurich, Mr. Oberle handles legal issues pertaining to the formation and operation of corporate business entities under Swiss law, regulatory issues pertaining to the operation of insurance and financial firms, tax consultations and commercial contract negotiation and drafting. Mr. Oberle has conducted numerous presentations and seminars for clients abroad in the areas of corporate, tax and employment law. Mr. Oberle graduated with an M.A. in law from the University of Zurich in 1981. He is a member of the Zurich and Swiss National bar since 1985. He speaks native German as well as French and English.
