DOUGLAS EISENBERG, ESQ., is the co-founding and co-managing partner of Simon, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP. Mr. Eisenberg specializes in sophisticated corporate and real estate transactions. Prior to forming Simon, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, Mr. Eisenberg worked at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Kaye Scholer LLP and Robinson Silverman Pearce Aronsohn & Berman LLP. Mr. Eisenberg graduated from Brandeis University (B.S., 1978), Harvard University (Ed.M., 1980) and Harvard Law School (J.D., 1983).
