James A. Goldstein Esq.
JAMES A. GOLDSTEIN, ESQ., is of counsel to Simon, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, and is a member of the Firm's Real Estate and Corporate groups, concentrating his practice on real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing along with sales and acquisitions of businesses, joint ventures and general corporate housekeeping. Prior to joining Simon, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, Mr. Goldstein was an associate at Sherman & Sterling and the managing partner of Goldstein, Zucker & Flynn. Mr. Goldstein is admitted to the bar of the State of New York. Mr. Goldstein graduated with a B.A. from Columbia University in 1959 and received his law degree (LLB) from the University of Virginia Law School in 1962, where he served on the editorial board of the University of Virginia Law School Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
