MATTHEW J. SIMON, ESQ., is the co-founding and co-managing partner of Simon, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP. Mr. Simon specializes in sophisticated corporate and real estate transactions. Prior to forming Simon, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, Mr. Simon worked at Epstein, Becker & Green, P.C. and Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP. Mr. Simon graduated from Brooklyn College (B.S., 1991) and from St. John’s University School of Law (J.D., 1995) where he was an Articles Editor of the New York International Law Review.
