Robert F. Moraco, a dedicated and experienced trial lawyer, is the firm's commercial law attorney. He has spent his life in the New York City area and knows the ins and outs of dealing with city agencies. He maintains a State and Federal litigation practice dealing with business disputes. His experience includes arbitrations and trials at the Supreme Court and United States District Court level.
He is also a lawyer's lawyer and is frequently contacted by attorneys who have not obtained a satisfactory result at the trial court level or are in need of defending their success on appeal. As a result, he has a substantial appellate practice in many diverse areas before the Appellate Term, Appellate Division, New York Court of Appeals and United States Court of Appeals.
